Help with Magneto Helmet Pepakura?

Hey all, I was wondering. How do I make raised areas with pepakura? Like on magnetos helmet where the silver joins the black, It's kinda like indented outward. Non of the pep files i downloaded had these raises in the file. So I was wondering how to do that? Also I'm not sure if anything I just said made sense , Sorry if you don't know what I'm asking for.

After you are done with the bondo stage and have it as smooth as can be, use foamies to make the raised parts.

One thing I did in my Skyrim Helmet (see link in signature) was to attach cardboard to the pep model after it was complete, but before the resin. That way once I resin the whole thing the card, and cardboard, both become solid, ready for bondo and sanding which is where you can really hone the shapes of the ridges.
