Help with printing Pepakura edge id's?

I've tried searching the answers on the forum and haven't had any luck, so I thought I'd try some with a post.

For some reason, my printer isn't printing the edge i.d.'s for my pepakura files.
I have them set to show on the pepakura viewer, and it shows up on the print preview screen, but once I hit print, I get everything but the edge i.d.'s.
This has been the case with every pepakura file I open.
I tried printing in both pepakura designer and pepakura viewer, and still no numbers. =(

I've been writing them in by hand, but this has become very time consuming!

A few others have ran into this problem before even when they do have it set to show edge ID. The one thing that everybody seemed to be suggesting was uninstall it and reinstall to see if that fixes it. That's really the most advice I can give since that is what I have seen others suggest so try that.

Also, pepakura viewer isn't really recommended for this stuff since you are limited as to what you can do in it. Mostly everyone just uses designer.
