does anyone know how to make a mp4 video into a bin file for my fan i have a video of the unsc eagle i want to put on my fan and if anyone knows how to get a video of cortana and convert it to a bin file i would love to know, im just tech savy please help

I have an old .GIF of Cortana that I used for my 3D hologram projector back in the day. I just ran it through a website .bin converter and got a file out of it. I can't send it via 405th Forums, so I'll shoot you a DM on here and get an e-mail address from you. Give it a try? I have no way to test .bin files so you'll have to let me know if it worked. I realize now it's an image to bin converter and doesn't take .mp4s. However I can convert any short .mp4 into a .gif file through Premiere Pro, so if it works out and you got a video in mind I can convert it for ya.
