How do I harden the inside of a foam helmet?

I have been thinking and to make sure that the visor stays and the helmet keeps it shape what do I do. Please send a link or some advice. I do not like using fiber glass because it is so messy. Please anything other than that... Thanks!!

Have you considered a layer or two of resin?

why exactly would you need to harden the foam? I make everything from foam and I've had no reason to ever harden anything

Fill it with concrete. (;

Joking, of course. You could 'paint' PVA glue on the inside, followed by Plasti-dip. If I'm not mistaken, that is the most popular way of hardening foam.

Because you should have learned that it is not appropriate to start a whole new thread for a question that you could have probably found the answer to yourself.
