S Sigma LS Sr Member Sep 17, 2007 #2 Pepakura suits are relatively light compared to other cast resin suits. My Mk V with bondo is about 20-22 lbs total, the helm is very heavy because of all the cosmetic work, 7lbs. My Mk VI you see in the avatar is 30-32 lbs total and a 4 lbs helm.
