How to make molds?

Hi there! I'm just researching the best way to make my armor suit and wanted to know if anybody knows the best way to create the molds? Also, once you have the molds, what is the best material to cast in? I want one that is liquid but cures to a solid. Urethanes, plastics, etc.? On top of that, does anybody know how to use fibreglass?
