And what is the best way to make it double layered and indented?

Westerfields has a vaccumformed visor, but you have to paint it gold, making the visibility 10-15 feet.

His is just a type of plastic.

You can use a tint, but it won't be the quality you want.

Use ebay or call around motorcycle shops for a mirrored gold HJC visor.

He means the outward curve, not the double layer.
