Idea For Odst Visor

well today at school me and some friends were thinking about how to make the ODST visor...
and i came up with a plan...

you guys probably seen someone make a visor by tracing the pep pieces and putting it together that way.

and so i thought "how about if there was a Hi Def version of the visor for pep"...

so do you guys get what im saying?

The higher definition it is, the more it will look like a bug eye than a ODST visor. I would say low-def/big curved sheets is the way to go with a visor.

i think it should be like two peices like sigmas visor tut but somehow join the pieces so that instead of right away noticing its two visors it looks like one conjoined visor you know what i mean

what im saying is that the visor in pep would have these folds
outlined in black

The pep model could be done eith the proper model for it, but the only real issue would be getting an actual visor to fit the guidelines. The main reason the pep visor isn't in HD is because it's not in the finished product, so why worry with it in the first place?

I just got an idea to make an even stronger visor, and probably more smoother :D
what if, after resining and fiberglassing the odst helmet, take off the visor. then strengthen the visor so it wont break when being vacuum formed. then vacuum form it wth clear acrylic (or some other plastic), the acrylic can be abit blueish? after the visor has been vacuum formed used the Tinting roll to make it opaque when looking in and transparent when looking out?
:D
