Foam Infinite/Reach Mk. V(B)

Holá, been building cool stuff lately, but not for me, siblings mostly and the old man wanted to be a Gears COG and didn’t post any of the builds, and didn’t take hardly any pics, but this time, Imma in the mood for some good ol’ foam work on my personal favorite armor, MK. V(B) duh, but I really like the armor color/shader I used on Halo Infinite, buuuuuuut I like Halo Reach’s random white stripe and triangles on the armor, so gonna probably add both, I did went ahead and made the undersuit, hmmm corset I guess? Guess I’ll post that first just made out of foam with some under scoring to try and cut down on seams, anyway, I’ll get some pics uploaded after this lengthy intro, also went through a name change, but eh nobody really knows me anyway time to build some stuff.

Also like stalking random builds and maybe post some type of pun if I feel like it, maybe even a meme or two, see ya around.

Guess my first post will be the undersuit corset thingy, I built it last month, and I will be sealing up the ugly seams, just so gross, but I did make it slightly bigger by extending the backside of it, wasn’t sure, hell still not sure how I am attaching it, toss up between magnets or Velcro, but I’ll post it, maybe one of you peeps might have any input.



Figure I do thumbnails, easier to load for some people, I would have prefer full size, but oh well, I will probably use foam clay for the seams I see, I normally just put the clay on and hope it dries in the seams well enough, but this time I think I will contact cement the clay on and kind of press it into the seams and see how that turns out, I think it’s a good idea, guess I’ll see in 24ish hours.

Guess I will get the chest built in the mean time, I do have a prototype, but it met….its demise of sorts

This kinda shows with just foam clay and sanded down with 600 grit, also it got caught on a door know and ripped glued it but it will just be a test piece now



My hope is using contact cement and foam clay together and it will make it where I have no seams.

I think it will work great
