Introduction into Cosplay: multi-colored 3d printing edition

A friend gave me the brilliant idea to reach out to the hive mind. I'm planning to host a Cosplay panel for 3d printing and printing in color. I'm planning to go over things like sanding colored and unicolored prints. What questions should I expect people to ask? I'm not sure how much I could cover in about an hour. Thoughts and feedback would be great :)
