Iron Man Extremis (The Comic Version) Helmet

A few days ago I was starting to make my Iron Man Extremis (comic) helmet. I started off with a balloon (no pepakura file.....rebel) and drew around it to help with where to paper mache it.[attachment=15952icture 40.jpg][attachment=15953icture 43.jpg][attachment=15954icture 44.jpg]

I'm thinking of putting bondo after I do some more layers of paper mache.

you know what that should make it stronger but it might be to difficult to work with before the rest is finished :eek

I'd slap some resin on the paper mache before bondo. Maybe even rondo the inside? Depends on how strong you want it I guess.

Resin wouldn't damage the paper mache would it?

shouldn't, as long as you used a good glue, like elmers.
