After a few days of work, I've finished my first build, a foam iron man helmet.

I used creatology foam sheets from Michael's, probably about 2mm thickness just for cost reasons and ease of use. The file I used was Sharkbeetles Iron Man foam edit here: http: //www.therpf.com/f24/iron-man-mark-4-6-pepakura-foam-templates-128147/
They're very simple and easy to use, many thanks to him, Stealth, Robo3867, and Letter.
Since this was for Halloween, I wanted to go for a different color scheme than the traditional red and gold colors from the movie, so I went for a more creepy-looking black and silver. All I used was standard metallic spray paint, using about 2 layers. I would advise applying the paint from around a foot away, being very careful to avoid dripping.
I'll be happy to answer any questions you have about the build, Thanks for reading!
