Hey guys, I was at Wal-mart today when I went to the book section to look for the Halo: Cole Protocol. I was looking high and look for the book but nothing came up. At the corner of my eye I saw a book called "The LOCH".

I think the book is supposed to be a horror story about the Loch Ness Monster eating people(look at the cover and you will know what i'm talking about).

This is the first time of have heard of Steve Alten so if any of you have read some of his books post here.

I've seen and heard of that book. They have it in my school library. I never read it, but heard it was pretty good.

I have read it, finished it over the course of only two days. It was a good read, interesting story, good character development, and a couple of unexpected twists. I would recommend it.

If you recommend it then its probably a good book.

The only thing that im upset about is that the monster in the story is a giant eel and not a plesiosaur

The only monster I know of that is eel-shaped is Cressie.
