Hi there!
I found the full Halo 5 Aviator set in the armory here on the 405th Halo 5: Guardians - MJOLNIR GEN2 - Aviator, the files included are .pdo's which with a little work can be edited into a printable state. I am by no means an expert at this but I was able to relatively easily get the helmet ready to go! Its a little low poly but if you or someone else whose computer can handle it threw the helmet into blender, smoothing everything over should be very simple. I used Meshmixer (free editing software) to extrude the empty shell of the helmet into an object. Scaling of the stl is up to you, I just made it big enough to work with. Hope this helps!
