Yea im building one , and its going to be detachable from its base.

i havent seen one built yet, so i thought "Why not!" and went for it.

All i have done so far is most of the drum mag.

ecose- i never take offence to constructive criticism, infact i welcome it with open arms. I think that picture is different then the screenshots i got from Bungie.com, that one might be the build model. and the front, i was going to glue a piece of plastic into the front and make it the sorta round shape it is.

DreadMullet- weird, ive got a rocket launcher started too... i guess great minds think alike


Can someone look at the drum the next time you play halo 2 and write down what the drum has painted on it? all the reference pics only have half the words on it.

im doing the...Rocket Launcher, its pretty much all of what i like from all the versions.

i kinda wanted to somthing i havent seen built yet, i like to be unique.

I plan to make the H3 Chaingun out of PVC and hopefully Cardboard/ABS Sheet Plastic. Heavy Weapons gets the job done >

well i worked on the ammo drum some more, i changed the top on it because the old one was warped. i made the top flat like the ones in Halo 2.

my reference pictures came from the Bungie Screenshots.

Sure! a little but...

Yea i know, i gotta cover the Head Unit and Paint it... but it works and thats what counts!

Contents:
- Dumpsterdived Car Bass Unit (had a crack in the speaker that i patched with glue )
- Head unit out of a cheap First Act guitar amp

Hiding in the corner of the picture is the 5 Inch that the Head Unit used to power... Upgraded to a 15 Inch Bass Speaker lol

Sorry, H3 turret is not a chaingun. It is a gatling gun.
A chaingun is a gun that uses an external power, like a motor, to cycle the next round unlike most guns which use recoil.
