I was wondering what ratio of bondo to resin you've made for your rondo? I've bondo'd my own armour, and because the filler is so thick it has LOADS of holes and i'm not sure what ratio I should use for making rondo for it =(

Also, does rondo sand easilly?

AT FIRST ! THERE ARE NO STUPID QUESTIONS!

hmm i dont have a ratio i do it by feeling xD ^^ hmm its about 1/3 resine in it ... aout 2 parts body filler and one part resine .... and a little bit more hardener than recomended to be sure its curing and dont be sticky for ever !.

and the most important thing is not to over do the job at one .. mak a little amount of rondo .. paint it on ... sanding it down an do another .. but dont put a ton of rondo on it an once.

i made another little vid to show you guys the sanding step by step .. hmm gona do tomorrow one more layer body filler on the dome to be sure thats 100% smooth... than apply the entire helmet once again with 2 - 3 layers of rondo ...



next week im done with the helmet !

Ich komm aus der Nähe von Nürnberg. Is echt ne last langsam mit dem Schnee, man freut sich ja schon über jeden Tag an dem die Sonne ein bisschen scheint ^^

now my bodyfiller is empty .... gona buy it in few days.

im using "PRESTO Feinspachstel" and "PRESTO Polyester Harz" . available at Hornbach or ATU

1000g kosten hier 17 euro in etwa . ( zu deutsch wirds schon nicht xP )
