Due to the Mantle Review Committee (MRC) being activated proposals have been pushed through the full committee and passed to change the Mantle. This serves as a log for any member to view the changes made by said MRC. For more information on how to submit proposals to the MRC check out this thread or ask your representative for more information.

- Removed the requirement for Division staff members to relinquish any other command staff roles upon appointment
- Added a limitation that no one may hold more than 2 levels of staff and no more than one Commanding Officer (CO) role
