master chief visor

i'm preparing to make a halo infinite chief suit with eva foam, but i have no idea i'm gonna do the visor...
i'm on a bit of a budget for this one and i saw visors online that cost an arm and a leg, i don'g-t have any sort of vaccuum table.
how am i going to tackle this one??
