Thought I'd post this up here for anyone who doesn't know about it yet.
There some press releases going around about additional things that
people have to do to get into the Halo Demo.
The long and short of it is that if you want to get into the Test you need to
play at least 3 hours of Halo 2 on X Box Live (on a 360) between
February 1 to February 3.
Also they're going to do a special offer with the release of the
game "Crackdown" on February 20. People who buy a special edition of
this game will recieve a "key code' or something to unlock access to the H3 demo on XBL.
This info should go public soonly. The links come from Gamerscore Blog via HBO.
I think it's totally ridiculous that they're going to let people into the H3
Demo just for buying a new game. It also seems a little unethical to tie
the sales of a completely unrelated game to the H3 demo. It must be a
crappy game if they have to do this to get people to buy it...
