My first post and first Spartan

I'm getting pretty close to finishing my first Spartan costume and hope to see some of you at the Nerd Cons around the Austin area soon! any convention recommendations? preferably one where the convention hall is attached to a hotel with air-con, cus TEXAS HOT.

Welcome to Southwest regiment! I will say if you are looking for a good con to go to for us Dallas Fan Expo is probably our biggest one we do currently! also crackhead09 one of our regiment staff is local in Austin so he'll know quite a bit about events in the Austin area!

Also This is looking really good! love the combo of different armor parts!
