I did no bondo on this helmet. This is just resin/glass. I dont trust myself with bondo, I just don't have the talent for it. I did sand it very smooth on top before painting.
And yeah...I can't wear glasses in it. I could before the resin/fiberglass, but after...its just too shrank. Sucks
I just take them off and put it on. I figure if I'm going to go anywhere like a convention I need to wear it all the time, I'll throw on my contacts, as much as I hate them.
Also, i havn't installed any piping/vents. Painted the vent area a nice coat of black. If I finish up the whole thing and decide vents would be nice, I'll install some, but right now they are on the very bottom of the totem pole of necessity.
