all i have left to do is one foot and remake a calf that got a damaged by my cat sleeping on it.. DOH!

That looks really good. I know it took forever just because i know how long my helmet took, using that pen technique. How do you plan on dividing the chest peice?

I'm fiberglassing my helmet now, its depressing to say the least. I suggest making the 202 section on the helmet flat so you can fit a visor in. I have to sand mine off and replace it.

i have a slit cut in the side piece of the chest piece to make it so i can fit one arm it and then just close that side up.. velcro, lace or somethin
