Van Akin? Phew that stuff stinks. I couldn't use it for more than one or two projects before it got demoted to the back of the closet.



Are you going to be cranking out kits of these? If so, what size boot is that you modeled over?

the boots are size 11 us but since they will be foam I think they will have no problem fitting many sizes. Alot of people dont care for van aiken but its really easy to sculpt with and cheap lol. $10 for a 5 lb block is pretty good, even better that I can pick it up close to the house at hobby lobby. There will be parts available in the near future just no hard release date yet.

Wow, really.. This inspired me to do this for my boots (possibly). That metal looks is just so perfect. I hope my attempt looks half as good as yours.

Wow I really like the boots I'm not a fan of the rust color but then again they're boots they're probably the piece of armor most in water/mud/corrosive crap so it works well! These look great the pack too.
