what kinda material you looking at is the real question. If you wanna use foam or cardboard you could use pep to make templates. or freeze each episode with himin it and make quick sketch of pieces to perfect them later on.

Oh yes I forgot, I will use foam so thanks

You probably can find some pepakura files for the armor and convert it for foam usage. It isn't too hard to do that. I am about to convert the Venator shoulder for foam use. You are free to use it when it's done.
I would definitely recommend making the helmet with pep though. Foam helmets can end up very tricky and they can lose a lot of detail that the pepped helmets have.

Cha)s is right because all you really need to do is just get ride of the edges but merge some or the smaller pieces. I got playing around with it the other day.

Yea, thanks, I will try to convert the pep files of the rest of the armor for foam and thanx for the Venator shoulders. But about the pep helmet I found a guy who converted the files for foam and he will send them to me. Sorry but I prefere to work with foam. But thanks anyway for the advices ^^

awesome can't wait to see it. i actually just picked mine up and started the arms today,

I'll be keeping an eye on how you make the foam helmet. I'm working on funds but I plan to start a foam suit in the next few weeks and I'm worried about the helmet.

Foam helmets are interesting to work with. I made a Mk.VI suit from Halo 4 completely out of foam. The helmet looks good but you need to be extra wary of slight warping of the overall product due to imperfect cutting of edges. After making pepped helmets and foam helmets, I don't think I'll make a foam helmet again.
Pepping gives you more detail.
I'm not saying it still won't look good, but you do lose some detail.

True but if you pick up small foam sheets can better built up for more detail.

It's ok, I don't know when I will start, maybe today or another weekend.

Yea I know, but as Harri51 said, I can put some details with cardsotock foam then.
