1st Build Need someone in San Antonio area's help

I previously made a post about needing help figuring out how to set up my armor, I need someone in the San Antonio Texas area or just Texas in general to set it up for me. I have no way to do it currently because of the fact that I live in an army barracks and we arent allowed the resources I need to complete it. I'll pay someone nearby to help me out. There are pictures of the armor in my previous post
