He looks very familiar. Does anyone recognize him?

Ive definelty have seen him before on instagram back in 2015 or 2016 though the only trace I was able to find was the creator who painted and made the armor except the helmet waltimusprime. though it aint much info but I hope it helps figure out who he is.

Chief1343 was right, the creator of the armor is waltimusprime on Instragram. They thanked me for the compliment and was already aware the armor got featured in that galaxy quest documentary.
