hey could some one who is an infantryman post a thread in the 3d modeling forum request permission for the new website.
once i get permission i will probably start the website on wikia so that it can start straight away and then when i finish the website i will change the interface!

That's not how that works.
You want to take something like that on, you need to personally get the permission from each modeler to repost their files on an external site... something not a whole lot of us are keen on because of rampant model thievery that occurs even when the files are only posted on here.

And you want to post this new site of yours on the same site that hosts the current Pep Files page?
I don't understand why you want to confuse people by attempting to make a second page.
