I like the helmet for the most part but i dont understand how your files are so big. The newer helmet is like 15mb. But excluding that the c pilot looks much better than the other one less polys. If i make this i would proabably not build the neck part because it is too complicated but other than that you did a good job making it smooth.

I don't know why the files are so big unless it is due to the fact that most of the models I work from have texture and shading. I'm still working on the ARC 170 pilot lid trying to reduce the # of polys and getting it unfolded correctly. I also
have a life size Battle Droid that I'm working on, but still months away from complete but I'll get it done.

i also want to know does the height in pep designer include the control box because if it does ill have to rescale.
