Noob question (PS im new here)

Hi, and I'm trying to get a paper spartan armor done by Halloween, but i have one question, how do I fold, like I'm going to start at the crown thing, but how do i put the pieces together and do i connect like 24 and 24, or 24 and 25? Help is appreciated.
