ok vary soon I'm going to be getting my job and i'm going to start molding armor to make some Extra Cash and i want to make my an armor (like the movies kind ) and i want to know some technique's you guys use (Adam, Sean Bradley and link4044) to make you armor. Please guy help me out here

Alright, I thought you meant strategies for how to actually make armor in general. My bad.

Umm, I'm no pro but this is how I'm going to do mine ( Adam's Process)

1. Get some clay.
2. Shape whatever armor piece you want to make with the Clay.
3. Pour silicone on the model.
4. Remove the silicone mold.
5. Mix Urethane.
6. Pour urethane into silicon mold.
7. Rotocast, then let it cure
8. Remove the piece. Voila!

What kinda of clay i need to know what brand name what type (if you can get my a pic of the lable so i can go to the store and buy the right kinda)
