On A Mission To Build 6 Suits! Yeah 6 Now!

HELLO! fellow 405th members



this is my first post and like what the title says, me and my friends decided to make 2 O.D.S.T's and 3 H3 Marines suits.



Hopefully we do make the deadline, which is like in mid-july, and yeah we started this project bout 2 -3 months ago



so we're almost done with the 2nd ODST suit, just need that helmet (pics on the page 20)

That suit is looking awesome!!



If it took you 2-3 months just for one ODST, then I don't think you guys will make it for july.



I suggest speeding it up a bit so you guys can reach your deadline.



I suggest you do this.



You give yourselves one week to finnish a certain part for all of your suits. So if you guys agree on chest plates, then that would mean that you guys have 1 week to finnish all three chest plates.



I really want to see this done guys.

Thank you sir, I like the idea you gave me, I'll be sure to start, and the reason we took so long was basically argueing over what piece to use on the suits, but hey after the first suit it should be clear skies ahead in the future



and yeah maybe we should get together sometime to build armor, and maybe learn some techniques from you?

If you and your friends are close to the same size, maybe you could try making casts then? Some one correct me if I'm wrong, but I always get the impression that that takes a lot less time than pepping a new suit all together. Also, weird: I live in California AND my birthday is July 22 hahaha. Good Luck on the build!

Indeed it does, it only takes a few days to get all of the casts you need, counting the waiting times for curing for each. Problem is it's super expensive and for a full ODST suit would cost in the thousands.
