where do you want to pad at? try gluing

Try using spray adhesive, it can be found in the craft section of most stores.

i want to pad my whole armor so its comfy and snugg aganst me and strap it to hold it on

As i said earlier, use spray adhesive for the padding and use rivets or snaps for the strapping.
