Pepakura Designer Problem

Hi, when I try to change scale in pepakura I can't because it is grayed out. Anyone know how to fix this?

shouldn't there must be a problem, I use the free version and I have no issue. Possibly delete it and re-install there might have just been a gliche

I never have any problerms. Try what AugmentedHuman013 said but I don't know.
