pepakura is a pain in the butt

So today I was working on my halo armor and i have the knife, helmet, shoulders, and hand plates. I thought OK now ill work on the codpiece. i sized and found I was all most there I needed just 20% increase and i could make it on card stock so i print it and it prints WITH OUT LINES !!!!!! I thought mmmm perhaps it was a printing error no the second time no lines so I thought i,ll come back to that so i print a thigh piece I get it perfectly and it print with out lines again so at this point i am rely rely mad so I need help it will print with only numbers if some one can fix this please help.

some things to try if you haven't already: go to file => print and paper settings. Click Print lines Clearly.
you can also adjust how thick they print
2d menu -> add outline padding
