pepakura scaling question

You could try this, but don't forget that the pieces were designed for soldiers the size of bodybuilders, they're probably too big. Try a small piece like the bicept first and see how it sizes out. Another method is to auctualy measure your body part first then scale the armor to fit. Try both methods and see which works best for you.

Thats a better idea, but if the helmet fits or is slightly smaller the torso and such should be fine.

Probably, but you might want to do one bicep first, and if that fits everything should be gravy.
