Pepping Tabs

I was wondering if the perkrua files have tabs on the paper.

So that you have an easier time hot glueing the paper together?

I was also wondering if any of you guys have any tips or tricks on how to make the outside of your helmet rock hard?

I know its called something like casting?But im not really sure how you do it?

Anyone who gives me a little info i would greatly appreciate it!

There are a series of videos on you tube from one of the 405th members. Ben is his name. He was working on a Reach MK IV helmet. He goes step by step on resining the outside and then RONDOing the inside to make it hard and carvable. I think I used the keyword of "reach resin" in the you tube search engine. Pepakura does have tabs. I downloaded the viewer from tamasoft and then printed it. I was able to turn the helmet 360 degrees and check out the details. I downloaded the MK VI helmet from their download section on that site. I only found to very small tabs that had two opposing tabs on the whole project. http://www.flickr.com/photos/docbayless/ There is the helmet together. Amazing detail. I used a drywall putty knife to aid in folding all the tabs and creases.
