Medics have been carrying weapons for decades. Short answer, they started when enemy combatants targeted them in WWII.
Modern combat medics and corpsman carry the same rifles as everyone else since the military switched to intermediate cartridges. Historically, they were given more specialized PDW style weapons, compared to full size combat rifles.

Modern pilots still get issued ultra compact weapons for PDW purposes. But with the number of casualties in the Halo universe, I'd imagine combat medics would begin carrying smaller weapons, in liue of more medical equipment

Bebop designed it and I sent it off to a shop on Etsy to be made, the MA5K is crackhead09 ‘s file and it’s really cool, the link is no longer up for whatever reason, I would reach out directly about obtaining it, its a great build

When I first saw the art for this helmet, I was kinda meh about it. I know they had to make it look different enough to stand out from the ODST helmet, but man those chipmunk cheeks on the sides just ruined it for me. But now, seeing a physical representation, I actually really like it. And you did an amazing job of making sure you didn't lose any detail in the sanding process.
