To make a long story short my dad was hitting my little brother (half our sizes, my dad and I are the same size) for very little other than rudeness with a paperback book (and threatened to beat him into an inch of life)and I hit him. I punched him in the back of the skull and now he filed a report on me. what can I do, What should I have done?

If so tell someone about how he acts, there are plenty of people out there.

He wasn't really hurting my brother and I really hurt him(bruises and swelling from one punch). Do I have right here
