I truly cannot think of two more dedicated individuals than you, Baron and Pip! Because of the two of you I see this latest trial for the Pacific Regiment as an opportunity to build back better than ever. With the two of you at the helm we are in a fantastic position to improve leadership, make a space where all feel welcome, and create a Pacific Regiment we can all be proud of!! You have my support and my utmost respect, may we forge the best path forward together, united as one community!
