I always figured that even though their armor was the same initially each one would still add personal touches to their design, I mean we can see that in ODST armor and now in these Spartans. No matter how hard you train there will still be individuality, thus why I'm adding personal touches here and there to mine own.



Well enough digressing. Do make the helmet it is tough, but the result is great.
