"This is a community event. It was started to help Non-profit organizations to recruit new members to their organizations. It was originally planned to only have Transformer vehicles but has since moved into several Sci-Fi areas to include HALO. We have a home built Warthog that need Cosplayers! We will also have Ghostbusters and Star Wars Cosplayers on site."
The lovely people over at the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum are hosting a vehicle show and happen to have a awesome looking Gauss Warthog to be displayed. They are looking for 4-5 non-spartan members to show up and hang around the vehicle. They do have two individuals who are making spartan costumes that are not apart of the 405th (yet), as well as a couple members from the 501st.

- Changing Rooms - We are going to be sharing changing rooms with the 501st legion that will be present on site. They say that it should be big enough for the both of us, but in the event it isn't, they do have more facilities they can use just across the parking lot
- Props - Props are allowed for this event, but please make sure they have orange tips if they are UNSC. There will be children present, so please be mindful with which props we bring.
- Parking - Seems like the parking is going to be a little tight if we are showing up after the museum opens. They do have overflow parking but its about a half block or more away. Would recommend getting in early just to have time to suit up, as well as carpooling to ensure we all get parking spaces.
- Food - There are plans to have snacks, lunches, and waters available to the volunteers. There will also be two food trucks, Kona Ice, and some other vendors on-site.
