can some one tell me how to scale a helmet im 6ft 2 tall head circ is25inches(yeh yeh)ive built one mk5 and it is to small im a panel beater and if anyone wants any tips on fibre glass and filling etc and also finish ill help all i want is the know how to make a helmet that fits and can be printed on a4 many thanks rich

ive read them and pehaps its me well it is but ive tried three times to do this and im running out of ink card stock and patience all i want is a straight answer in plain english pleeeeeze

Is that letter paper? It looks all warped, mebbe thats on of teh reasons.

Using the scaling method should be ok, if your 6'2'' I'd just scale the helmet to 30, it will be correct then, make it 30cm tall.

I'm 5'8'' and 26.5 is what I use for all helmets I make. If you're afriad 30 is too big, I'd try 28 or 28.5cm tall.

no its been glassed inside and clearcoated outside

no, did you use leter paper for the pep
