So any pointers on accually assembling the darned thing?

I would start the groin or arms first. To assemble just find the matching numbers and glue together. Simple as that. Wood glue or low temp hot glue works best.

P. S. Have fun with it. And rememer to always have it scaled right.

i put it together with regular scotch tape 1st caus its easier to fix something than if you hot glue it... caus one you hot glue it its there for ever

No, I hot glued all my pieces and if i ever needed to pull a piece off i just did it very gently. Hot glue is the preferred way to go, regular glues take forever to dry and might pull apart if you dont give them enough time to cure. Hot glue dude FTW

USE HOT GLUE!

In fact, that's the exact same combo of glue sticks and gun I have. Hot glue dries quickly though, so be sure that you have it in the right spot.

Other than that, it's pretty much smooth sailing.

Good luck man, I'm using the same exact card stock paper, it's even Georgia pacific. What pieces are you doing? Forgive me if I missed it in the thread.
