I've done a couple Silver timeline armors. Maybe those threads will help you.

• First {Halo} build - Spartan (TV series)
• Build 2 - MK-VI gen-3. With some silver timeline influence
• MK-VI Silver team season 2 [2024 build]

The show itself is your best reference. Watch it, grab still frames.
First decide if you want the season 1 or season 2 armor and undersuit because they are a little different.
I did a ton of frame grabs from the show to make the undersuit panels I offer on my store if you want to get those and make your build a little easier. Cosplay - UNSC — Shop — Starbase3d
