Skip makes Pepakura Clone Armor and so do I if you want my files you can get them from here http://405th.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=22078&st=0 if you would like to get Skips files I don't remember his site but if you search the internet for Skips Pepakura Blog it should find it but he sells he files to the public just so you know and I'm not sure how much the Clone is that he has.

I have bee looking for a while to get any pep flies on Stormtroopers, Darth Vader and Darth Revan. beside Skip is there anyone else we could get the flies from?

Nintendude has anyone unfolded your vader flies? cause i can't do it

The 501st is the main place for Star Wars costuming. Check them out online. They can hook you up if you can get in touch with some nice guys at your local Garrison. I don't think they do pep though.......mostly molded plastic.

I have been working toward finishing the Vader files everything but the neck and shoulder armor is done the helmet is in a second file but on the first page of my topic. I have every character except for a Stormtrooper (I have the helmet), Revan, Shadowtrooper, Swamptrooper and Biker Scout but I am trying to get the Swamp and Shadowtroopers done as quick as I can.

They don't care about materials used, only that it's screen accurate and durable.

But yeah, look up your local garrison on 501st.com and see what can be done, though I wouldn't recommend Pepakura for Star Wars armor since it's so rounded and has almost no detail.

I have to disagree Pepakura can be rounded by using Bondo or Clay to do it and a lot of sanding.

Animated style Captain Rex(This is not modeled by me.)

I have a few more, but I haven't uploaded them to the web yet. If you are looking for a specific helmet, send me a pm, and I can email it to you, or tell you how to get it (if it's not mine).

I will jump in.

Ti4019 Bast Alpha Garrison, and one of the few that is begining to work with Pepekura. Most of the people in my area have never heard of it,but I am working to show that there are other ways of costuming than ABS/ Hips/Resin and Fiberglass. I am working on an ATST helmet from Vagabond at the moment. All approved costumes are fan made and in the end screen accuracy and adherence to the Costume Reference Library (CRL) is the deciding factor.

Please get in touch with your local Garrison as noted earlier, but they may not be familiar with the process. There is a healthy mix of skepticism and hope that paper can hold up to the weekend trooping we do. But, as I tell them it will be as strong as I choose to make in, and that means it has to stand up to going out every weekend and surviving the ultimate test of a costume: Mardi Gras parades. 7 miles of drunken, unruly revelers throwing huge knots of beads BACK at you. Ouch. Got my "bell rung " this year.

After laying out around 3K so far in my costumes (TIE and ATAT Driver) this is a welcome change, putting ME in charge of completion date and final cost. I do believe some clones have been built and are displayed at Clone Empire.net but I do not know if those troopers have saught to clear thier armor for Legion (canon) use or use it for fun/variation armor.

Sadly, you can't change the scale on Pepakura Viewer. You need to use Pepakura Designer to rearrange or change the parts layout, though you only need a paid license if you want to save the new layout after printing.
