Tagging Pictures

Can someone tell me how to tag pictures in the gallery? Thank you!

If you're on the page of the image file, it should have "Add Tags" just under the title of the file.

I've tried this, it still wouldn't let me...maybe I just need to try it from my computer....thanks!
