The Pep file has an inch cheek piece, and the game has a two inch cheek piece. Fail pep file, just need to get some hard foam and glue it in >_>

Isn't your helmet a bit too large? Other than that, keep up the great work!

Yeah I've been thinking that. One size fits all?

The bigger the helmet, the better. Other people may laugh at you and say 'look at him, he's wearing a big helmet!', but when your Pelican goes down and you're the only one without serious head injuries, you can laugh back at them.

Well at least it's not to large, atleast at distance it wont be too noticeable. One size fits all will work when/if I make molds and sell them on Ebay just need to include one 1", and one 2" 1x1 foot squares of foam. Now I don't feal like finishing it as much as I used too >_> .

Keep in mind that you will probably grow into it as time goes on, so it will turn out fine in the end.

Looks pretty cool so far.

It´s already said, th at the helmet is to large, but who cares? More size = more detail. xD

Yeah after I finish this helmet I moving on to ANOTHER helmet OMG o_O. So my full suit is on hold until I regain interest in completing the suit.

Need to get some black electrical tape and put it where you can see blue when it's worn.

Picture496.jpg

I'm gonna use my 400 grit sandpaper and sand the edges somewhat to make them stand out more.

Looks great, always nice to see something different on the boards. When I did the ketchup technique I actually used mustard and found I had the best results by applying and sort of artfully smearing it to look like a scrape. The next hard part was waiting for the paint to dry before seeing how I did. I also used it to clean up y sketchy bondo work- what better way to hide your mistakes than making them obvious?

Well I don't think I'll use the ketchup "technique" again.

Did some details.

I don't think it's too big now since I padded it better. I think it's actually the correct size.
