This is the script written by Alex Garland (writer of 28 Days Later) for the Halo movie. A little outdated, but still a good read. And DB Weiss is doing a rewrite, which means pieces will most likely stay.

THEY'RE CHANGING THE STORY!
I thought it was gonna follow the story of halo, keyes giving MC the gun is supposed to be in the film (cus from that moment on we get to kill aliens)

I liked it, sure it would change some of the canon, (more like alot) but as a movie script, its one hell ofa lot better than some of the other video game movies.
