Undersuit test of first neck piece with Clone Trooper helmet

Seemless molded rubber part has tapering vertical lines in it. First one came out a little too tall in the neck but other than that it looks pretty good.

I know.. store bought helmet. Gotta work with what you have.
This is a little better view of the detail:

Ample room to sew to a fabric body suit as a full suit of this would be hot beyond all reason unless your outside with it in the winter time.
