Was trying to 3D print a Hunter helmet for myself.

Suddenly realised I need a visor, that I can't print with visor filled in.

How can I do this? What materials for the visor? How do I attach it?

Very confused. Would appreciate help.
Thank you

So there are a few way to do visors.

The most popular is vacume formed PETG sheet. Where you print a Buck for the visor which is a negative of the visor that is sized down a bit. And you heat the petg sheet up and then vacume it to the buck let it.co and you have the visor.

Then there is resin printing (i do this) it's quality can be a bit lower then vacume forming but if you have a resin printer it's a decent option.

You can also buy stuff like.mitor cycle visor covers and shape it to fit your visor.

I think there are some other options but I cant think of them right now.

Typically in vacume forming, or resin printing, you make the visor, color it with dye, and then spray a mirror chroma to get the reflective look from the outside.
